If your friend enters into an agreement with us as a result of your referal you’ll receive £125.00 as a thank you from us. Terms and Conditions 

• Offer applies to agreements signed by 3 or more tenants only
• You must have your friends permission to send us their contact details
• Referrals must be made prior to the friend passing their own contact details to us
• The signing of an agreement must result from direct communication between us and the friend.
• If the same friend is referred to us more than once or several members of the same group are reffered to us the £100 is only paid to the person who made the first referal
• The £125 is payable once all named tenants have paid their applicable advance rent payments
• The £125 can only be redeemed up to 6 months from the referral having been made.
• This offer is not available to staff members or temporary team members
• The friend must be signing an agreement with us for the first time.
• You cannot refer yourself or those you are intending to live with.
