Let only or management service?

We offer both a let only option to ensure your property is tenanted for the next academic year or a full management service which includes lettings, management, maintenance and rent collection.

I want my property let for the next academic year, nothing else.

We specialise in offering students a range of properties according to their needs. It would be our pleasure to include your property for their consideration. We arrange supervised viewings 7 days a week and complete the tenancy agreements for a one time fee of £250.00 per tenant. Viewings do not require your attendance, just leave us the keys and we will treat your property like one of our own.

I am interested in your full management service, what can you offer?

We have a long history in the Hull student property market and understand what it takes to make your investment properties a success. Our management option includes:

• Advice on cost effective measures to increase the quality of your property, and rents!
• An in-house team for refurbishments
• Cancel anytime, subject to a 3 month notice period

A competitive management fee of 12.5%

I want to buy or sell a student property

If you are looking to buy a property please let us know what you're looking for. If you're selling a student property we can find a buyer for £1000.00 payable upon completion.
